  • For billing questions, include your invoice number and date.

Service coverage

  • Remote services only; no physical goods are shipped.

  • Work is scheduled by scope and milestones outlined in proposals/invoices.

Incident priority

  • Critical (site down/security): write “CRITICAL” in the subject; we’ll prioritize.

  • Standard requests: handled in the normal queue within stated response times.
