    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and services provided by Russell George (“we,” “us,” “our”). By engaging our services or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

    We provide strategic technology, website administration, and marketing services delivered remotely. Specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in proposals, statements of work, or invoices.

  3. Fees and payments

  • Fees are fixed as quoted unless scope changes are agreed in writing.

  • Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card/bank details.

  1. Cancellations and refunds

  • For monthly/ongoing services, cancellation applies to future periods not yet started. Prepaid unused periods may be refundable at our discretion.

  • For fixed-scope projects, deposits and work already delivered are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, we will invoice for completed/milestone work.

  1. Client responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to necessary systems, information, and approvals.

  • Ensure you have rights to any materials you supply (content, trademarks, data).

  1. Intellectual property

  • You own your pre-existing materials and final deliverables upon full payment.

  • We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how; we grant you a non-exclusive license to use them as incorporated into the deliverables.

  1. Confidentiality
    We keep non-public information you share confidential and use it solely to provide services, except where disclosure is required by law.

  2. Acceptable use (website)
    Do not use the site to break the law, infringe rights, or disrupt services.

  3. Disclaimers
    Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  4. Limitation of liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim within the 3 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  5. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, instructions, or breach of these Terms.

  6. Governing law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Venue lies in state or federal courts located in Florida.
